Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant. The United Kingdom displayed the highest female representation among the listed countries, but male managers still outnumbered their female counterparts across the board. The United Kingdom had the highest proportion of female managers at 48%, signifying a relatively balanced gender distribution in managerial positions. Australia followed closely behind, with 42% of managers being female. In contrast, Canada, the United States, and Germany had notably lower percentages of female managers, standing at 35%, 40%, and 39%, respectively. By contrast, male managers dominated the managerial landscape in all five countries. The United Kingdom had the lowest percentage of male managers at 52%, while the United States and Canada reported 60% and 65% male managers, respectively.
